Home by the River is a game where the player is able to transform a polluted world into a beautiful utopia. The game has single player as well as LAN multiplayer for solo adventures or those with friends! The gameplay itself is fairly lighthearted yet the game is also in-depth enough to allow the player to build masterful creations. This game is set to be out in 4 weeks so check it out! A Few Titles to Look at.

Obviously there are a lot of games you may want to keep your eye on, but here are some early PC games I am interested in. Rustforge: Rustforge is a game about crafting, automation and exploration on procedurally generated planets. In Rustforge, in order to find resources you must explore. These media pieces should give you an idea of what to expect from this game right now: Follow @rustforgegame Rustforge Discord From what I can see, the art style of this game is something that really sets it apart. I imagine the exploration aspect of this game will be a huge component as well as factory construction. Vagrant Frontier: Vagrant Frontier is a fantasy action game that places you in a world filled with ferocious beasts and unimaginable danger. In this game there are several unique classes that you can master. This game draws inspiration from great games such as Diablo, although this game focuses on combat mechanics such as a fighting game would. Foll...

Hello, hope we are all having a fantastic day! Lately I have been exploring how useful Discord is when you want to follow games in development! I still use all the other platforms but it is a good idea to add variety. Anyhow, today I am following a city building game and it is very early in development. The game in question is OpenSkyCity! The game was originally a class starting in January of 2020. Here is a video from their Youtube channel: I encourage you to follow them on Youtube. Here is their Discord server as well: https://discord.gg/MW7cR5M
Let's Take a Look at Astral Game Studio!

I usually only look at indie games, although it is very interesting to look at the studios as well! I do not do this as much because the studios are typically too busy making the games themselves, which makes it easier for me to go over said games! Occasionally I will come across a welcoming studio, and in this post that studio is Astral Game Studio out of Brazil! This studio, which is headed by Leonardo Lindoso, is fueled by a long growing passion for game development shared with other team members! As indie game development studios often do, game jams were the start for Astral Game Studio, but this was not the end by any means! After months of hard work, and games like “Fix this, dude.” And “Inkreatures, the studio is working on their biggest project to date: “Asyren”. It is not easy by any means for a six person game development studio to make such great game, but they are doing a great job! If you want to get the full story I will include the interview af...

CreatorCrate!
Hello everyone, I hope you are enjoying your day! Today I have a promising game to showcase to all of you. This game is in a early development stage so be warned that it will naturally contain bugs and glitches until the final release which is confirmed to be sometime in 2020 (which is relatively near). The developer gave me a key for the closed pre-alpha of the game, which I am beyond grateful for. Unfortunately, the game is not in a stage where it is ready to release, but you can always put the game on your steam wishlist, follow the developer on one of her many social media accounts or bookmark the webpage for the game! In addition to a game key for personal use, she also gave me plenty of press resources to share with all of you! So, without further delay, allow us to delve into the details of the game: Developer Provided Write-up on Her Game "CreatorCrate: Reproduce your way to freedom A 2.5D physics platformer on a procedurally generated space station". ...
Claire's First Minecraft Post.
People have been making storage systems for years. But there is only really one used. Why is that? It just works. The one I am going to show you is simple enough to make the only limiting factor iron. At this point in Minecraft who are we kidding, you have an iron farm already. If you do not you will soon. Follow this simple tutorial and you can have an infinitely expandable system. Step one is simple enough: find the space for it. For this I'm going to show it all in a super flat world to make it easier for you to follow. Step two: The first layers are just chests and hoppers. I am making this one five chests high but you could make yours as little as one chest or go all the way to world height! There are two ways to place the chest or chests, way one is with all the hoppers in the back, this is ok but once the bottom chest is empty its empty till more items are added. The second way is alternating the chests and hoppers. This is better because items will always flow down ...
