A lot of the games we cover here tend to be alpha versions and just generally incomplete, and I love being able to bring attention the games because it makes me feel that I am helping them by allowing the potential for more feedback. These formerly incomplete games are now either fully completed or further fleshed out, and I'd like to show them off! 8.0.2 I do want to say that you are doing a great job https://watabou.itch.io/ ! A Look Into the FUTURE.

Today I am going to take you guys into the…FUTURE! You read that right, the future. By that I mean we are going to look at the prospect of a game. I am doing this because the game looks extremely interesting to me, and I believe it would be something my audience would enjoy as well. Even though the game is in extremely early stages, I still managed to contact the developer and find loads of juicy information to share. The developer in question is Martynas Antipenkovas. Martynas is a developer from England and the game in question is titled “Lurking Behind” and will be released as a proof of concept/ a technical demo, not a full game experience. Martynas has taken a tremendous approach to making this game in my opinion. Martynas is focusing on programming initially and once that is completed only then will he focus on the artistic portion of the game. I think this is great for many reasons, to use his words: “This should help me avoid making unnecessary assets which are alread
Let's Take a Look at Astral Game Studio!

I usually only look at indie games, although it is very interesting to look at the studios as well! I do not do this as much because the studios are typically too busy making the games themselves, which makes it easier for me to go over said games! Occasionally I will come across a welcoming studio, and in this post that studio is Astral Game Studio out of Brazil! This studio, which is headed by Leonardo Lindoso, is fueled by a long growing passion for game development shared with other team members! As indie game development studios often do, game jams were the start for Astral Game Studio, but this was not the end by any means! After months of hard work, and games like “Fix this, dude.” And “Inkreatures, the studio is working on their biggest project to date: “Asyren”. It is not easy by any means for a six person game development studio to make such great game, but they are doing a great job! If you want to get the full story I will include the interview after I sha
Creator Crate: Game Update!

A post I did a while back detailed this game in an earlier stage of development. The game itself is about an experimental 3d printer (you!) that is able to throw objects, grab them and use their matter. You are doing all of this while humans are trying to hunt you down and will exhaust any technique possible to do so. This can be deploying gadgets as well as making use of various other surprises! Creator Crate has recently released a new PC demo on Steam, and I think you will be impressed. You can also wish list the game on Steam, and doing so would be something I recommend. CreatorCrate on Steam CreatorCrate is a roguelike 2D platformer about an escaped appliance that can eat and reproduce items. In the game, you make, throw, and manipulate physics objects to overcome challenges and survive. You must fight or evade intelligent humans and robots that are trying to track you down. CreatorCrate!
Hello everyone, I hope you are enjoying your day! Today I have a promising game to showcase to all of you. This game is in a early development stage so be warned that it will naturally contain bugs and glitches until the final release which is confirmed to be sometime in 2020 (which is relatively near). The developer gave me a key for the closed pre-alpha of the game, which I am beyond grateful for. Unfortunately, the game is not in a stage where it is ready to release, but you can always put the game on your steam wishlist, follow the developer on one of her many social media accounts or bookmark the webpage for the game! In addition to a game key for personal use, she also gave me plenty of press resources to share with all of you! So, without further delay, allow us to delve into the details of the game: Developer Provided Write-up on Her Game "CreatorCrate: Reproduce your way to freedom A 2.5D physics platformer on a procedurally generated space station".
Claire's First Minecraft Post.
People have been making storage systems for years. But there is only really one used. Why is that? It just works. The one I am going to show you is simple enough to make the only limiting factor iron. At this point in Minecraft who are we kidding, you have an iron farm already. If you do not you will soon. Follow this simple tutorial and you can have an infinitely expandable system. Step one is simple enough: find the space for it. For this I'm going to show it all in a super flat world to make it easier for you to follow. Step two: The first layers are just chests and hoppers. I am making this one five chests high but you could make yours as little as one chest or go all the way to world height! There are two ways to place the chest or chests, way one is with all the hoppers in the back, this is ok but once the bottom chest is empty its empty till more items are added. The second way is alternating the chests and hoppers. This is better because items will always flow down keepi
