Gaming for Good: The Power of Presence
By order of Izzy, this space is dedicated to the Cystic Fibrosis Trust.
Physical recovery is often a slow, stationary process. However, as developer Subject-Version-5763 explained in our recent interview, a well crafted game can break those walls down. Inspired by the gentle visuals of A Short Hike, the developer's goal is to "create a really relaxing atmosphere" that encourages players to "go and explore more".

For those undergoing physical rehabilitation, that drive to explore isn't just "play"- it's a "tangible experience" that provides a mental escape from physical limitations. By populating their world with "unique and fleshed out" characters, the developer ensures that the player never feels isolated. The ultimate objective is to create a world that "resonates" with the player, turning the screen into a sanctuary where the spirit can remain mobile while the body heals.

For this I'm going to show it all in a super flat world to make it easier for you to follow. Step two: The first layers are just chests and hoppers. Hello everyone, I hope you are enjoying your day! Today I have a promising game to showcase to all of you. This game is in a early development stage so be warned that it will naturally contain bugs and glitches until the final release which is confirmed to be sometime in 2020 (which is relatively near). The developer gave me a key for the closed pre-alpha of the game, which I am beyond grateful for. Unfortunately, the game is not in a stage where it is ready to release, but you can always put the game on your steam wishlist, follow the developer on one of her many social media accounts or bookmark the webpage for the game!
